Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the Asia-Southeast region (Singapore). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Voice recordings are processed in real-time to generate transcripts and are not stored permanently. Transcripts and evaluation reports are retained for as long as your account is active, or for up to 2 years after your last session, whichever comes first.
